Assistant Director Emerging Markets (m/w/d)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

* Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Director Emerging Markets ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Sales Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Emerging Markets team to coordinate sales activities, including follow-ups and documentation.
* Partner & Customer Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for international sales partners and customers, ensuring timely and professional communication.
* Presentation & Report Preparation: Create high-quality presentations, reports, and analyses to support decision-making processes.
* Market Research & Monitoring: Support the Director Emerging Markets by gathering and analyzing market data and tracking current trends.
* Contract & Offer Preparation: Assist in the preparation, review, and tracking of contracts, offers, and agreements.
* Travel Management: Organize and coordinate business trips, including travel planning and expense reports.
* Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of international customer events and trade fairs.

Requirements and personality:

* Completed commercial education.
* Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in international sales or sales assistance.
* Excellent English skills (both written and spoken), additional languages are an advantage.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications, especially MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
* Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
* Independent, structured, and proactive working style.
* Service- and solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on mentality.
* Willingness to travel internationally (10%).

For this position we offer, according to KV/Metall-Industrie, an annual gross salary of at least EUR 46.614,68 with the willingness to significantly overpay depending on professional experience and qualifications.
