At our location (Regional Headquarter) in Salzburg, we manage 12 growing markets within the sales region Central and Southeastern Europe.

• Controlling of all overhead costs for the region Central and Southeastern Europe (comprising 12 markets).
• Be the financial business partner for certain departments and markets for all overhead cost related topics.
• Conduct all activities related to the monthly financial closing process.
• Perform accurate planning in the financial processes (i.e. Budget & Forecast).
• Analyze plan/target gaps, derive measures and communicate recommendations to process partners.
• Ensure target achievement by close collaboration with the respective business units.
• Support in the rollout of a new planning & reporting system (SAC - SAP Analytics Cloud).

• University Studies (Master’s degree preferred) with Finance major or a related Subject.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Advanced level of Excel skills is essential. Further IT expertise preferred (i.e. BI tools like Power BI or Tableau).
• Experience with SAP and understanding of database structures.
• Fluent in English (proficiency in German and additional language skills would be an advantage).
• Effective communicator and relationship builder with the ability to deliver commercial and operational messages.
• Strong analytical mindset able to assimilate complex information in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible in approach, adaptable to changing situations and a good team player.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

We are looking for you as of April 2025 (part-time, max 30h/week) for an indefinite periodand offer an attractive salary & benefit package. The minimum salary for this position is € 3.300 (full time) gross per month. The actual salary depends on the respective qualification or professional experience, i.e. we determine the actual amount in a personal interview. A significant overpayment is possible with appropriate suitability.
