You create, process and check shipping documents for domestic and international shipments Documentation and maintenance: You maintain the empties accounts and record and document incoming goods deliveries. You ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations for all shipping activities Optimization and interdisciplinary collaboration: You analyse existing shipping processes, identify optimization potential and implement measures to increase efficiency. You will work closely with the production, warehouse and sales departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and coordinated processes. Correspondence and export processing: You communicate regularly with customers and importers to make the shipping process transparent. You have experience in export customs clearance and ensure a compliant process. What you need to bring: Completed commercial training, e.g. as a forwarding agent, industrial clerk or a comparable qualification Experience in shipping, export or customs clearance Structured and independent way of working Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team Good written and spoken English skills Have we piqued your interest?
