Your Team

In the Value Management & Analytics team, we use data-driven insights, personalized campaigns and strategic pricing to continuously increase the lifetime value of our existing B2C customers - strengthening customer loyalty, reducing churn and driving Magenta's growth.

* Define and drive the migration strategy, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for customers and business operations
* Manage the end-to-end product backlog, prioritizing initiatives that enhance customer lifecycle management
* Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, aligning teams to ensure seamless execution of migration and lifecycle initiatives
* Optimize the customer experience, leveraging data-driven insights to improve engagement and satisfaction
* Monitor and report key performance metrics, ensuring compliance, scalability, and continuous improvement
* You have several years of experience in a similar position as well as in agile management and have strong data and analytical skills?
* You are a strong communicator, work collaboratively in a team and make sound decisions through analytical thinking and problem-solving skills?
* You have experience in commercial pricing & revenue management and are business fluent in German and English?
