• You coordinate and execute the deployment of new and updated technical products and systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams to plan, test and implement product releases.

• You provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• You diagnose and resolve technical problems, working closely with product development and IT-Teams.

• You develop, execute, and automate SQL queries to generate operational and performance reports.

• You interpret and analyze data from SQL databases to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.

Your Skills

• Several years of experience in technical support, product development, or a related field.

• Strong expertise in SQL, including query development, data manipulation, and report generation.

• Experience with club systems (e.g., OLAP cubes) and multidimensional data analysis.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on data analysis and root cause identification.

• Ability to interpret complex technical information and translate it into actionable insights.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.

It is important to us that your salary reflects your qualifications and experience. It can exceed the collective agreement and starts at € 70,000 gross per year, All-in.
