R&D Scientific & Operational Assistance (m/f/d) - Part Time

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Help create detailed and well-structured presentations that highlight key findings, methodologies and project status updates
* Ensure presentations are tailored for the intended audience, using visuals and data to effectively communicate research results
* Support the drafting and reviewing of contracts, including research agreements and partnership documentation
* Coordinate with the legal department to ensure that contracts are compliant with research guidelines and project requirements
* Provide management support to Head of R&D, assisting with administrative tasks, meeting preparations and lead strategic initiatives
* Serve as a point of contact for science and technological advancement communication
* Facilitate communication within the team to ensure all necessary information is shared in a timely manner

Wir erwarten

* Bachelors or masters degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Pharmacy or related fields
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Familiarity with R&D processes and data management tools
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Basic knowledge of contracts or legal documents is an advantage
* Strong communication skills in German and English and a collaborative mindset
