Test Automation Engineer (m/f/x)

Raaba-Grambach (AUT) hybrid | Full-Time (38,5h/week) or Part-Time (min. 20h/week) | Immediate Start

What you’ll be doing:

‒ You'll create and align test plans for new software features

‒ You’ll automate E2E tests as well as test data generation

‒ You'll work with state-of-the-art software tools and frameworks

‒ You'll be part of an international team of experts, working in an agile environment

‒ You’ll coach other team members regarding the efficient implementation of test automation

‒ You’ll perform manual explorative tests to complement automated tests

‒ You'll drive innovation by implementing new techniques and technologies

What you bring to the role:

‒ Completed technical education (HTL, FH, TU)

‒ You like to dig deep into the functionality of complex software

‒ You are eager to learn new things and continuously improve your knowledge

‒ You know how to design your tests and test data in a sustainable way that keeps technical debt low

‒ You have experience in an object-oriented language (preferably Java)

‒ You understand the fundamentals of software quality assurance (ISTQB certification is a plus)

‒ You are familiar with CI/CD

‒ You are open to the use of new technologies, e.g. AI in software quality assurance processes

‒ You love to work in teams, share your knowledge and coach others

‒ You have good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
