Your role at Dynatrace

As an Agile Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and coordinating the collaboration between product managers, product experience designers, and engineers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaboration and Coordination: Facilitate seamless collaboration among product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure cohesive project execution.

  • Initiative Management: Drive the creation, prioritization, and predictable realization of cross-departmental initiatives, with a focus on collaboration and dependency management.

  • Leadership and Reporting: Create and maintain up-to-date reports for solution leadership and higher management to support informed decision-making.

  • Project Management: Act as a key driver for cross-functional topics, taking on the role of Project Manager to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Meeting Facilitation: Organize and lead cross-departmental and cross-functional meetings and workshops, ensuring effective communication and reporting.

What will help you succeed

  • ​​​​​Several years of experience as an agile project/program manager working with distributed teams. International experience and experience within a B2B SaaS enterprise are highly desirable.
  • Exceptional skills in project management, execution, and planning.
  • Mastery of JIRA or comparable planning and tracking tools.
  • Proven ability to aggregate and summarize complex details into clear, concise reports for VP and C-level audiences, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills with experience running workshops, ideally with highly technical experts, using various techniques depending on the problem at hand. Enjoy working with people.
  • Strong understanding of software technology and technical topics, with the ability to communicate effectively with developers and software architects and quickly grasp complex technical concepts.
  • Capable of diving into technical topics to understand dependencies and the big picture, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
  • Moderate willingness to travel (up to 20%).
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Experience with user experience is a plus.

  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to this position, which is EUR 60,000 gross per year (based on full-time). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
