IT Product Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Define and implement standardized IT infrastructure solutions, focusing on servers, storage, backup, and virtualization.
• Manage IT infrastructure services.
• Analyze and document system requirements.
• Conduct assessments of new hardware and software.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, service providers, and manufacturers, ensuring seamless capacity management.
• Provide expert guidance on IT projects such as system rollouts and complex service requests.
• Generate and maintain reports on assets, licenses, configurations, and overall infrastructure planning.

Your Profile:

• A degree or certification in IT, business informatics, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, including hardware/software lifecycle oversight.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks, particularly in strategy, design, and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and structured approach to work.
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments and with external partners.
