IT Business Application Consultant / Advisor (m/w/d)

As IT Business Application Consultant / Advisor you will strengthen our team in Global IT. You will advise and support our subsidiaries from the team sports, media and other non-beverage areas of Red Bull (e.g. RB Leipzig, EHC Red Bull München, Red Bull Media House) in the selection, implementation and architecture of business applications. In addition, your area of responsibility also includes the provision of selected services, e.g. in the CX area and management of IT projects.

APPLICATION CONSULTING

You will consult with our subsidiaries across various sectors, including team sports, media, and non-beverage areas, guiding them through all aspects of application management. This includes the selection, implementation, and operation of applications that drive the digitalization of business processes. You will perform market analyses to identify suitable solutions and support RFI/RFP processes and projects. Your expert advice on best practices, industry standards, and new technologies will be invaluable in ensuring our subsidiaries leverage the best possible IT solutions.

IT SOLUTION ARCHITECTURE AND GOVERNANCE

In this role, you will design solutions for IT application projects tailored to the needs of our subsidiaries. You will ensure all application-related activities comply with company guidelines and standards. Additionally, you will create documentation and guidelines to assist in the selection and implementation of applications, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.

IT PLATFORM SERVICES

You will provide platform services, particularly in the Customer Experience (CX) area, integrating new applications into existing platforms seamlessly. Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts will be a key part of your role, ensuring we maintain strong partnerships and secure the best deals.

IT PROJECT AND SERVICE MANAGEMENT

You will implement application projects, often taking on a leadership role as IT project manager. This involves identifying requirements with business departments, evaluating suitable applications, defining project plans, and coordinating all necessary internal and external resources. Your ability to manage these projects effectively will be crucial to their success.

At least 4 years of professional experience in the IT area of a company - ideally in an application environment with solution design experience

Advanced knowledge of software development and architecture as well as basic IT infrastructure knowledge

Experience in IT project and service management

Strong analytical and conceptual skills

Collaborative and self-motivated personality

Structured way of working, strong communication skills, solution- and goal-oriented, team player

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
