To enhance our successful Corporate Controlling Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate

Working Student (f/m/d)

Working hours: 20 hours per week

Work mode: Hybrid

Your Responsibilities

• Organizing the Controlling share drive according to the structure we have determined and communicating with the relevant controllers during this process.
• Preparing some monthly routine files and performing data checks in advance until the IT Controlling replacement is found. In this direction, ensuring that the controls make the month-end closing more effective.
• Preparing already planned some templates to ease Budget and Forecast processes.
• Develop and coordinate dedicated business area profit plans and reports including variance analysis, cost control reporting and improvement plans.
• Collaborate and contribute in cross-departmental projects and ad-hoc reporting.

Your Profile

• Ongoing University degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science or similar.

• Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English, German skills are asset.

• Good analytical skills with attention to details, “out of the Box” thinking and good stress management.

• Eagerness to constantly learn and evolve with new technologies and methodologies.
